Sun Surf & Sea @ Ninety Mile Beach Paradise Beach / Golden Beach $80-140

Only meters across the road from the fabulous ninety mile beach precinct along the coast of Victoria at Paradise beach. Situated approx 20 minutes from sale and is about a 3 hour drive from Melbourne. 2 1/2 from Springvale rd. This fantastically situated house is in a quiet location with direct access to the surf and sand across the road. There are so many things to do from enjoying the surf and sand through to fishing and even bush walking in the many nature reserves and coastal parks in the area. There is so much to explore with the Gippsland lakes and other sea side areas with in short driving distances. Sealed road access, close to main shop. We also provide tourist info brochures inside the house so you can explore any extended stays. We have the biggest front facing outdoor covered veranda, with comfortable 6 seater outdoor setting and fully equipped 4 burner BBQ, all for entertaining. Easy access to the beach especially with surf rods across the parks Victoria reserve and down the path right across the road or even just take a stroll to the beach with a cuppa in the morning. The house!

The house has three bedrooms. The main comprising a new queen sized mattress and base of medium firm consistency, with a sliding door that opens to the raised sun deck. this room is facing the front of the house and towards the ocean so you can feel the breeze and listen to the waves pounding as you lie back and relax in bed for a siester or just read your favorite book. The second room features a double sized mattress and base and is a little firmer so that you have a choice of bed consistencies if you find it difficult to get just the right bed for your back. Smaller in size but cosy the sound of the ocean is still very easily heard and relaxes you as you doze off to bed. The third room again is at the front of the house and contains a double bunk suitable for kids and a two spare mattress' up against the wall. The rest of the house includes a modern kitchen with microwave and oven, fridge/freezer, 6 seat dining table, 4 seater very comfortable modern lounge and another 3 seater sofa. Two remote control TV's one with playstation and other with DVD player and DVD's. The bathroom is smaller in size but neat and has basin and shower. Laundry includes washing machine and sink. Separate toilet. All rooms have clothes racks to hang clothes only. Access is via staircase at the front and side of the house and via a ramp at the back however at this stage is not suitable for disabled access. This is a nice clean fresh beach house which is across the road from the beach and with excellent walking access to it. Its located in an area which is reasonably close to Melbourne but far enough and quiet enough to feel like you have gotten away from it all and you can just relax. Our main concern is that our guests have the best stay possible and we provide all basic cleaning and cooking needs.

The Price!

Prices are highly variable and we are keen to attract off peak holiday makers with great 2 and 3 day midweek and off peak packages. Prices vary between $80 and $150 per night and depends on duration and availability. The best thing for you to do is to contact us directly with you proffered travel details. We will get back to you promptly and usually within 30 minutes or less. Keys can be picked up and dropped off on your way through Golden Beach which is just a minute up the road on your way through, or in a security box at the house for after hours arrivals and departures.
